
Turing Financial Group
Turing Financial Group was founded in late 2018 by Mr. Arthur Chang (張堯勇), a former Vice President at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. The core team consists of senior financial executives with expertise in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, as well as quantitative programmers from global hedge funds.
The company is named "Turing" in tribute to and in emulation of Alan Turing, the father of computer science and artificial intelligence. By leveraging financial technology's ABC—AI (Artificial Intelligence), Big Data, and Cloud Computing—Turing Financial Group provides intelligent, innovative, and integrated M&A investment and quantitative trading financial services to publicly listed companies in Taiwan.

Buyout PE Fund
In 2023, Turing Financial Group launched Taiwan’s first private equity buyout fund, "Turing No.1 M&A Investment Limited Partnership." The fund focuses on acquiring publicly listed companies in Taiwan and is exclusively available to professional investors, with a minimum investment requirement of NT$10 million.
M&A Advisory
Since 2020, Turing Financial Group has served as a buyside M&A advisor for multiple publicly listed companies in Taiwan, assisting clients in equity-method M&A investments. Currently, our M&A advisory services are primarily offered to listed companies with a market capitalization of at least NT$10 billion and cash reserves exceeding NT$2 billion.

Quantitative Fund 1
Since July 2020, Turing Financial Group has licensed its quantitative models to investment trust companies, leading to the launch of Taiwan’s first quantitative equity mutual fund. The primary clients for this fund are Taiwanese financial institutions and publicly listed companies with at least NT$300 million in cash reserves and NT$100 million in financial assets. The minimum investment requirement is NT$30 million and is limited to corporate entities.
Quantitative Fund 2
In 2024, Turing Financial Group plans to license a new quantitative model and launch its second quantitative fund, targeting investments in Taiwanese publicly listed companies. This fund is restricted to 99 professional investors, with a minimum investment requirement of NT$3 million. Both corporate entities and individual investors are eligible to participate.
